BOSTON (AP) - Gov. Deval Patrick says things are getting back to normal after a snow storm that brought nearly two feet of snow to some parts of Massachusetts.

He says roads are in pretty good shape and the MBTA should be back to normal by late afternoon, but people still need to be patient. Flights are resuming at Logan International Airport but people should check with their airlines.

Patrick says the big concern now is temperatures that could be dangerously cold Friday night into Saturday. He says people should try to clear snow Saturday and Sunday morning if they can do it safely because rain predicted for Sunday night will turn light fluffy snow into heavy wet snow.

Seven communities have reported flooding but just one family from Duxbury has requested a rescue.
