(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Danielle Niles says clouds will thicken today, but snow holds off until around midnight tonight in Southern New England, becoming heavy pre-dawn. Snow will fall heavily tomorrow morning through midday with white-out conditions at times; blizzard conditions possible for Central and Northeastern Mass. There will be numerous delays and closures tomorrow, scattered power outages likely. There will be a change to rain on Cape Cod, mix with sleet and rain along immediate coast from Cape Ann south, mix with sleet through Southeastern Mass. at times.
