(NECN) - Mass Taxpayers Foundation President Michael Widmer gives us his take on Governor Deval Patrick's $1.9 billion tax increase proposal to help improve transportation and education in Massachusetts. This past week, the governor called for a 1 percent boost in the state's income tax and a reduction in the state's sales tax. Is the devil in the details that we don't know yet?
