(NECN) -   A Massachusetts father is alleging the DCF deemed the sexual assault of his autistic son by another youth in a foster home as consensual.
His son was 11 at the time and he's 16 now.
The father told the Boston Herald he wants the agency held accountable.
DCF officials will go before lawmakers later this week to face questions about recent missteps.
That includes the case of five-year-old Jeremiah Oliver, last seen in September and feared dead.
His mother and her boyfriend are charged in his disappearance.
