Drunken driving charges are expected to be sought against a woman who rolled her vehicle over with her three-week-old baby inside.
The incident happened on Dorchester Ave. in Boston on Saturday night.
Both the 28-year-old driver and the infant were taken to Boston Medical Center. The operator had non-life threatening injuries, and the baby was being checked out as a precaution.
According to the police report, there was an open, half-empty container of beer in the vehicle.
