(NECN) - Police in Barnstable, Mass. didn't have to go far to arrest an alleged drunk driver - he was already in the police station parking lot.

Authorities say Michael Sheehan was driving around the lot about 11:30 p.m. Friday while intoxicated.

An officer pulling into the lot noticed that something was off with Sheehan and arrested him.

Sheehan will be in court on Monday.
