(NECN: Leslie Gaydos) – With the cold weather, many people are turning to sweaters to stay warm.

But use of the sweaters, over time, will wear them out. One product promises to help with that.

“Pilling” is when the material of the sweater beings to bunch up in small balls, worsening the condition of sweater.

The “Hollywood Sweater Saver” promises to pull the pills off.

Lisa of Elissa’s Creative Warehouse in Needham, Mass. joined Leslie Gaydos to test it out.
