(NECN) - Police in Wellesley, Mass. Will not file criminal charges over a crash that killed a cyclist.

Alexander Motsenigos, 41, died after an 18-wheeler collided with his bicycle in August.

Officials released new video of the scene, taken seconds before the accident.

Police spent months reviewing the case.

A grand jury has determined the truck driver was not at fault in the crash.

Motsenigos's widow has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver and his employer.
