(NECN: Katie Daly, Worcester, Mass.) - A February Nor'easter is bringing snow and strong winds to Central Massachusetts.

By mid morning the first snow flakes started to fall in Worcester and residents were well prepared. Plow drivers were on the move, and schools were canceled long before the storm even began.
