(NECN) - The Kennedy name gets people's attention, but does it still get votes?

Joseph P. Kennedy III is a scion of the Kennedy political dynasty and has yet to declare his candidacy, and a recent poll shows he would beat is likely Republican challenger, Sean Bielat. Bielat lost to Barney Frank by 11 percentage points two years ago.

Fred van Magness, of the political consulting firm Lyric Consulting, talks about the Kennedy name, Joseph Kennedy's age (early 30s), the fact that he's never lived in the Fourth Congressional District ---a seat long held by Frank, who's retiring --- and what it means.
