Police Seek Fifth Man in Connection with Fatal Hotel Shooting

Boston Police are seeking the public's help to identify a fifth person in connection with the October murder of a 22-year-old man at a Holiday Inn Express in the city's Dorchester neighborhood.

Police say Joshua Briggs, 22, of Dorchester, was shot to death during a robbery in his hotel room. Four men were indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday and are each facing a first-degree murder charge.

The fifth person now sought by police may go by the name "Randy" or nickname "Randy Boy." He is seen in surveillance video wearing a hooded sweatshirt described as a "Levi Strauss Men's Madrid Logo Hoodie Sweatshirt," under a jacket described as a "Zumiez American Stitch Tiger Eagle Navy Souvenir Jacket."

Police say the man they are looking to identify is currently not wanted for a crime.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Boston Police.
