Quincy Police probe double shooting

(NECN) - Police in Quincy, Mass. are investigating an early morning double shooting in the Montclair neighborhood.

Capt. John Dougan said a cab driver reported the shooting shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday.

He reportedly called 911 to report that two passengers had been shot in his cab while it was stopped.

The shooting happened at the corner of Arlington and Brook Streets.

One man was rushed to Boston Medical Center with a gunshot wound in the stomach.

Another man was reportedly shot in the elbow.

There is no word on either victim's condition.

The two victims appear to be in their early-20s.

The cab driver was taken to Quincy Medical Center, though not for gunshot wounds. His condition and details or his injuries were not released.
