(NECN) - While it might not feel like it, Spring is really right around the corner. And that has many of us thinking about our bodies and what we're eating.

Now is the perfect time to do just that since March is national nutrition month.

How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

We worry about the way we look, so March may be the month to stay away from those unhealthy, midnight snacks.

Do restaurants have healthy menus?
