(NECN) - The driver accused of dragging a woman to her death in Wrentham, Mass. will be in court Friday.

Moses Acloque of Norwood was indicted Thursday on several new charges, including motor vehicle homicide due to negligent operation, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle on a suspended license, larceny and breaking and entering.

The indictments are the result of the investigation into the November death of Kanchanben Patel.

Patel was working at the Arbor Inn in Wrentham when she was struck by a truck and dragged several miles on Route 1.

Acloque has said he fled the hotel because he felt threatened and didn't realize he hit anyone.
