Pedestrian struck by hit-and-run driver in Lowell, Mass.

(NECN) - Lowell, Mass. Police confirm a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle that then left the scene Wednesday evening.

According to police, the pedestrian was hit on Adams Street. The victim's injuries are not known at this time.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle.
