(NECN) - Former New England Patriot wide receiver Wes Welker made his debut as a Denver Bronco Thursday.
The Patriots fan favorite agreed to a two year deal worth $12 million with the Broncos and was formally introduced at a news conference.
"I'd definitely like to thank New England for the six years there and all the trust and everything they put in me and you know, the opportunities I got. I'm looking forward to being a Denver Bronco and really trying to help this team win and I get to play with Peyton and a good group of receivers and a good offense and definitely looking forward to it," Welker said.
