(NECN) - At the office this week, there is most likely a lot of chatter about brackets and basketball.  So the question arises: Is March Madness ultimately bad for business.

One human resources firm estimated that this year's NCAA tournament could cost U.S. Firms $ 1.8 billion in productivity.
