(NECN) - Amazon is looking to carve out some new territory. Toyota is paying the price for problems with one of its cars. Wall Street is looking to maintain balance amid crisis in the Ukraine.

CNBC's Courtney Reagan joined NECN to discuss the latest business news.

"Investors are a bit more optimistic as the crisis in Ukraine appeared to be deescalating," said Reagan.

Toyota reached a $1 billion settlement with the Justice Department. It's the largest fine ever levied against an automaker.

Amazon is reportedly planning to roll out a video streaming service next month.
