(NECN) - Chris Collins stopped by Broadside to talk with host Jim Braude about some big headlines in the sports world, among them Harvard's big NCAA March Madness win on Thursday night.

"I don't think many people picked, I think it was less than 5 percent in the entire country, of all the millions and millions of brackets, picked Harvard. Course I was one of them," Collins says with a laugh. "That goes without saying."

Collins calls the win shocking because Harvard had never previously won a March Madness game.

"Not only did they lose their best player, they lost their best two players to the cheating scandal earlier in the year," Collins says. "Both are sitting out the entire semester, so they didn't even play this year, so it's an amazing accomplishment."

Collins also talks about the NFL's decision to overturn the "tuck rule" and former New England Patriots' quarterback Drew Bledsoe's visit to NECN on Thursday.
