3 suspects in custody after Roxbury, Mass. shootout

(NECN) – A Boston officer discharged his weapon, and Boston EMS was on scene of a shootout in Roxbury, Mass. Three people were transported but no one was shot, so the extent of the injuries are not clear at this time.

Police found an injured victim a few blocks away with a gunshot wound to the hand.

Boston Police recovered guns allegedly used in the shootout and have three suspects in custody.

Boston Police are looking for additional suspects.

The shootout was captured on surveillance tape, and police are interviewing witnesses.

The investigation is ongoing at Warren and Waverly streets.
