(NECN) - Spring has arrived in New England, and, despite the cooler temperatures, the time to watch out for insects is upon us.

Dr. Stuart Harris, Chief of Wilderness Medicine at Mass General Hospital, joined "The Morning Show" to share the proper technique for removing a tick, how to dispose of the tick once it is removed; how to identify symptoms if you have been bitten by a tick and how to know when it is time to see a doctor if you have been bitten.
