(NECN: Bridget Blythe) - The issue of school bullying is moving from the classroom into the gymnasium in Windham, New Hampshire.

School officials there have voted to eliminate dodgeball and other human target games, after a middle school parent complained his child was bullied during a dodgeball game.

Was that the right decision of an extreme measure.
