6 displaced after 3-alarm Mass. fire

(NECN)  - An investigation is underway after six people were displaced by a 3-alarm Somerville, Mass. fire.

The fire at 121 Hancock St. extended to all three floors of the building Thursday night.

Six residents lived in the building.

There were no injuries. the damage to the building was estimated at $300,000. the building is not a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation but officials say there is no reason to believe it is suspicious.
