Congressman Lynch: Buildup of Russian troops seems like 'military move'

(NECN) -  Although President Obama did not visit Ukraine during his trip, the crisis in the crisis has been a major focus of Obama’s international trip this week.  
Massachusetts Congressman Stephen Lynch has been to the country and recently returned from his trip to Ukraine. He returned with concerns that Russia's buildup will lead to invasion.
He joined us for more on the subject.

Lynch said that the massing of the troops is just too large to be an exercise. He said he believes it is close to 80,000 troops assembled.

He said that the costs of mobilizing that many troops is too high and that it seems like a “military move”
