(NECN) - North Korea says it is entering a "state of war" with South Korea -- as it escalates the rhetoric aimed at Seoul and the US.
North Korea’s official news agency released video of a massive rally on Friday.
The north has been threatening to attack the south and US military bases since the beginning of March.
Few believe North Korea would risk starting an all-out war.
More than 110,000 citizens attended the rally.
