(NECN) - Authorities released details Tuesday on a violent home invasion in Bedford, N.H. last November.

Dr. Eduardo Quesada and his wife arrived home last November and were confronted by an intruder.

Dr. Quesada was injured in the attack.

Authorities also say they know the motive behind the attack, but are not releasing details on that motive or the suspect.

Sonia Quesada died in January, but investigators say the two incidents are not related, and her death is not considered a criminal matter.
