(NECN) - Up on Beacon Hill, the Massachusetts House will debate Monday on a transportation financing bill.
The bill being considered would raise more than 500-million dollars in new tax revenue, including a 3-cent hike in gasoline taxes.
Legislative leaders say the measure would close the MBTA’s operating deficit.
Governor Patrick says he'll veto the bill if it reaches his desk unchanged.
