(NECN) - The first fans arrived Sunday night around 8 p.m. and they’ll stay for the duration of the game against the Baltimore Orioles.

And the Sox go into Monday's game 4-2, winning against Toronto Sunday 13-0.

Red Sox third baseman Will Middlebrooks spoke to NECN about what it means to come home on such a good note after winning against the Blue Jays.

“I feel like we’re already going to have momentum playing at Fenway in front of our fans. Everyone was already excited about that. But go to into to it with 13 runs and Johnny going 7 shut out, it’s huge.”
