(NECN: Greg Wayland) - Two explosions heard at Boston Marathon finish line.

Greg Wayland is on scene and is reporting panic has broken out. He says at first there was no immediate reaction and people were asking the media what the loud boom was. Then, people began running.

Warning in parts of Worcester County and Hampden County are in effect until 5:15 p.m.
