(NECN) - Watertown resident Jennings Aske joined NECN on a phone interview to discuss conditions of the streets of Watertown.

He said that SWAT and police presence is heavy and are going door to door to evacuate residents.

He said that they have blocked off traffic and are investigating the area.

He witnessed a vehicle crash into his neighbor's car after being shot at.
