Residents of West Texas to return home after explosion

(NECN) - Residents of West Texas will be returning to their homes in phases over the next few days - as officials say they're getting closer to determining the cause
The explosion leveled blocks of homes - killing 14 and injuring hundreds.
Officials say all fires are out and chemical tanks at the plant are contained.
Crews have been on site clearing debris and repairing railroad lines.
A memorial service for first responders killed in the fire is scheduled for Thursday.
