(NECN) - In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, new security measures are being put in place at other venues.
The Kentucky Derby is Saturday at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky.

Cans of any size, camcorders, tripods and cameras with detachable lenses are all now prohibited.
Coolers will also be off limits on the infield and handbags must be 12 inches or less.
There  will be exceptions for things like diaper bags, but officials say you must have your child with you.
