Report: Woman to Reveal Details About Her Kidnapping, Captivity

Hernandez was 14 years old when she was kidnapped and held captive for 9 months by Nathaniel Kibby

A woman who was once held captive as a teenager by a man in New Hampshire will reportedly be publicly speaking out about the torture she endured.

Abigail "Abby" Hernandez was 14 years old when she disappeared while walking home from school in Conway on Oct. 9, 2013.

Prosecutors say the teen returned home nine months later in July 2014 when Nathaniel Kibby, her then kidnapper, let her go after learning police were investigating him for using counterfeit bills to pay a prostitute.

After a massive search, Kibby was arrested. He eventually pleaded guilty to charges of kidnapping, imprisoning and sexually assaulting Hernandez and was sentenced to at least 45 years in prison.

Hernandez, now 19 and living in Maine, talked about her experience being held captive with ABC News' "20/20," according to the Union Leader. She reportedly told the ABC program that Kibby forced her to wear a shock collar and made her call him "master."

The hour-long "20/20" segment airs Sept. 7.
