Police: Man fatally struck by MBTA train

A trespasser was struck and killed by an MBTA train in Winchester, Massachusetts around 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

Police confirm a male was trespassing and was struck by an outbound commuter rail train near Winchester Station.

The victim succumbed to the injuries he sustained on scene.

No foul play is suspected.

Transit Police and the Middlesex District Attorney’s office are investigating.
