Billerica, Mass. man faces 12th DUI charge

(NECN) - A Massachusetts man is facing drunk driving charges for the 12th time.

Boxborough Police arrested Guy Petierno of Billerica last night, and said that he was driving erratically, weaving between lanes and speeding on I-495.

He faces several charges including operating under the influence.

Police also said Petierno's license had been revoked for life in 2010.

He is being held without bail until his arraignment on Monday.
