(NBC/NECN: Richard Engel, Istanbul) - Two car bombs exploded in Turkey on Saturday, killing more than 40 people and injuring dozens more.

The attack is one of the deadliest in Turkey in recent years, and Turkish officials are saying they suspect the Syrian government is behind the blasts.
