BOSTON (AP) - Prosecutors say a Stoughton man who was driving a car that crashed in Canton, killing a 20-year-old Agawam woman riding in the vehicle, will be arraigned at Boston Medical Center room on several charges, including motor vehicle homicide.

Norfolk District Attorney's office spokesman David Traub says Sean Jackman will also face charges of operating under the influence, speeding and marked lanes violation at his bedside arraignment scheduled for Monday morning.

The 24-year-old Jackman was taken to Boston Medical Center for treatment of head injuries he suffered in the crash that occurred just after midnight Saturday.

Investigators say the crash on Bolivar Road in Canton killed Curry College student Evan Bard.
