Bruins, Rangers begin series Thursday night

(NECN: Mike Giardi) - The Bruins square off with the Rangers in Round 2 of the NHL playoffs. The series starts Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

The Bruins are hopeful that their offensive struggles from their Round 1 series against Toronto will not carry over against New York, led by goaltender Henrik Lundqvist.

"They block shots. We know what to expect from them; they're great defensively. We're definitely going to need to be a lot better," said forward Nathan Horton.
