Two killed in 'severe' car crash in Fall River, Mass.

Update: 11:30 a.m. -- Authorities tell us the car hit a pole, then struck two homes before finally coming to rest in a driveway on Stafford Road. The accident happened around 3:30 in the morning. The names and ages of the victims have not been released. The crash is now under investigation.

(NECN) - Police in Fall River, Massachusetts have been on the scene of a ''severe'' car crash on Stafford Road in the city.

The Bristol County DA spokesperson Gregg Miliote confirms that two people have died.
