(NECN: Matt Noyes, Monson, Mass.) - It's Weather Week on NECN and meteorologist Matt Noyes is catching up with Monson, Massachusetts Town Administrator Evan Brassard to talk severe weather preparedness.

After a tornado hit that community in June 2011, Brassard says a code red emergency alert system has been put into place.
