(NECN) - Jim Braude is joined by Saher Macarius, an immigration attorney representing Aftab Khan, a Pakistani man being linked to the Times Square bomb suspect.

On Thursday, while Khan appeared in court to fight his detention on immigration, a federal attorney revealed that the phone number of the alleged Times Square bomber, Faisal Shahzad, was found in Khan's apartment on his phone, along with an envelope with the name "Faisal" written on it.

Macarius says the name "Faisal" on the envelope, is not Shahzad, but the son of a roommate who lives with Khan in Watertown, Massachusetts.
