Flash flood warning issued for Litchfield County, Conn. until 7:15pm

(NECN) - A flash flood warning has been issued for Litchfield County in Connecticut until 7:15 p.m. Thursday.

A line of thunderstorms is expected to dump 2-4 inches of rain.

NECN meteorologist Nelly Carreno has more on this warning and a flash flood watch in Vermont in the attached video.
