Computers containing patient data have been stolen from Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The desktop computers were stolen from an employee’s vehicle that was transporting them to be destroyed.

The hospital says the computers contained “fairly limited” information relating to 1,213 patients. All of these patients have been notified.

None of the information contained medical records.

Elliot is working with law enforcement to investigate the crime.
