(NECN/NBC News) - At least one person is dead and more than a dozen others injured after a building collapse in downtown Philadelphia, according to NBC News.

Officials say a construction accident may have triggered the collapse, which sent portions of a four-story building tumbling down on a Salvation Army thrift store below.

Witnesses reported two loud blasts prior to the collapse.
