(NECN) - A crash shut down traffic on the Mass. Pike westbound Wednesday morning. A tractor-trailer jack-knifed in Newton.

State police say seven other vehicles were involved.
Delays were so bad that people shut off their cars.
One person we spotted even decided to play some Frisbee to pass the time.
The pike eventually reopened within a couple of hours.
