Large explosion hits US Embassy in Kabul

(NECN) - Police say there has been a large explosion on a main road near the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.
The cause of the explosion was not immediately clear and there was no immediate report of any casualties.
The area also has a number of military facilities belonging to the US-led coalition.
