A blackjack dealer at Twin River Casino in Rhode Island is accused of cooking the deck.

Rhode Island State Police say Luis Pabon faces multiple charges, including cheating.

Pabon was allegedly dealing in favor of patrons at his table by steering cards and offering insurance bets when he knew the outcome of the dealer's hand.

Pabon has been permanently banned from the casino.
