(NECN: Brian Burnell, North Attleboro, Mass.) - Police are investigating a possible homicide in North Attleboro, Mass.

The body was found at 5:30 p.m. Monday. A jogger reportedly found it and told police.

Massachusetts State Police and North Attleboro Police were working the scene and searching the entire area. They searched all the way across, along a road leading to the neighborhood of Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. But it is not yet known what they have been looking for because the police and the district attorney have been very tight-lipped.

The police have also not said that Hernandez is connected. The connection comes from the SI.com article connecting him to a rented vehicle that police say could be connected to what may or may not be a homicide.

NECN reporter Brian Burnell has more.
