(NECN/CSNNE: Tom E. Curran) – Comcast Sportsnet’s Patriots insider, Tom E. Curran, joins us by phone to talk a little bit about the history of Aaron Hernandez and the current situation.

Curran says Hernandez is a guy who presents extremely well, he’s an intelligent and articulate person who is well-loved among the Patriots. He does say, however, there were deep concerns about Hernandez coming out of college at the University of Florida. It’s been reported not only were there marijuana concerns but gang affiliation concerns.

Being from Bristol, Conn., Curran says sometimes it’s hard for a player to sever the ties from these professionals making millions of dollars and his associates from growing up are not very far away.

Curran says he thinks we’ll see a lot play out and we might see a lot of dominoes start to fall in the next few days.

Watch the attached video to hear more from Curran, and stay with NECN as the Hernandez story develops.
