It's Thursday, and that means it's time to go On the Record with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

This week, Chamber Executive Vice President Jim Klocke joins NECN to discuss jobs, changes to the state's highway tolling system, and unemployment insurance.

"We think this is a big plus. Number one, the tolling will help speed traffic, but number two, they're being flexible and creative with options," said Klocke of the electronic tolling system. "They're going to be able to look at and experiment with time of day pricing and congestion pricing."
